What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Owning and delivering specific transformation projects within the Financial Services business
- Defining the project's objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities, both internally with M&S and externally with relevant partners. To ensure alignment of the project's activities to overall programme plan
- To coordinate and drive partners and activities within the project to achieve on time and on cost delivery
- To manage project reporting and tracking and escalation of risks
- To own business readiness for the Project
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
- Positive and Self-motivated mind set who is a self-starter and ability to work independently
- Multi-site project management
- Highly organised with strong planning and project management skills
- Sophisticated partner engagement and influencing skills
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Financial Services experience is highly desirable
