Your responsibilities will include managing the post room, preparing meeting rooms, ordering stationery for the office, undertaking health and safety checks and providing reception cover when needed. Please note that there will be an element of manual handling involved in this position which you will need to be comfortable with.
The successful candidate will be reliable with previous facilities experience and available for an immediate start.
As a temp you will receive a competitive salary rate that is paid on a weekly basis as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to join a pension scheme.
