Wholesale Sales Assistant - #1114460

Key Responsibilities:

- Track orders and assist the sales team in ensuring timely deliveries.

- Assist with product developments and innovations to meet customer needs.

- Generate and run order reports to streamline sales processes.

- Follow up on customer inquiries and chase sample shipments.

- Maintain accurate records of samples sent to customers and orders processed.

- Prepare customer order PDFs and price lists to support sales efforts.

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PDF generation.

- Previous experience in wholesale or sales support preferred but not required.
