About the Role:

Behaviour Support Specialist:

As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioural challenges stemming from mental health and social-emotional needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working 1:1 or in small groups with students to provide tailored support.

• Implementing strategies to manage and improve behaviour.

• Building positive relationships with students to foster trust and engagement.

• Collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

We are seeking individuals who are empathetic, resilient, and ready to take on a rewarding challenge. Previous experience working with children who have social, emotional, and mental health needs is advantageous but not essential.
