Training Developer Specialist

London (2 days a week onsite)

£500 via umbrella

What You'll Do:

  • Design & Develop: Create engaging and effective training programmes tailored to our diverse workforce.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and employee needs.
  • Evaluate & Improve: Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously enhance learning experiences.
  • Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to the table by exploring new training technologies and methodologies.
  • Facilitate: Lead training sessions that captivate and motivate learners, fostering an interactive and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Experience with advanced ServiceNow modules such as Governance, Risk and Compliance (including Audit Management), Onboarding and Transitions, HR Service Delivery, Asset Management, etc.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and the development of training programmes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for lifelong learning and development.
