Job description: The Opportunity
A key commercial role in our organisation, the Affiliates & Partnerships Manager position sits within our Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team for Penhaligon's & L'Artisan Parfumeur based in London.
You will manage the Affiliates program for the brands, striving to drive growth through tactical partnerships which are relevant for each brand. You will be an integral part of the team’s objective to meet revenue targets and will be accountable for the Acquisition & Revenue targets associated.
This is a role where you can take full ownership of all affiliate activity and its growth, reporting to the Head of Performance & Growth.
What you'll get to do- Management of Affiliates & Partnership program to drive traffic and sales for the global business (UK, US, EU, Middle East)
- Driving incremental growth through partnership outreach and seeking out new opportunities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners via our Affiliates agency
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyse data, and optimise campaigns and share key updates and recommendations with associated forecast revenue
- Negotiate and manage commission structures managing to strict ROI goals
- Collaborate with the Brand, E-Commerce and Marketing teams to ensure relevant partnerships with full measurement of success
- Understanding potential opportunities for fragrance brands and taking into consideration each brand’s audience and consumer needs to tailor accordingly
- Ensuring partners are on brand and appropriate for luxury audiences
- Report back on competitor and wider industry activity
- Manage a test and learn roadmap to innovate in this area
- Solid experience working in a similar role – ideally within Beauty, Fashion or Luxury or any DTC innovation-led business
- Understanding of key demographics and relevant approaches for key affiliate networks
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills to manage people, processes and communicate with wide stakeholder group
- You will be an inquisitive thinker and someone who can challenge with a view to innovate
- Strong analytical skills and passion for data with the ability to quickly understand, devise insights and pivot to next steps / innovations
- Results-driven and self-motivated
