About the role:

You'll be the creative mind behind advertising that drives business results. Based in London with flexible working arrangements, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy and creative, transforming briefs into concepts and campaigns that capture attention and inspire action. We're looking for someone who understands how advertising works across channels, finding the right message that converts awareness into consideration and consideration into purchase. Success means creating advertising copy that doesn't just communicate – it persuades.

What you will be doing:

    • Craft compelling advertising copy of all lengths for campaigns across digital, print, OOH, and retail
    • Develop creative concepts and taglines that bring campaign strategies to life
    • Create persuasive headlines, body copy, and calls-to-action that drive conversion
    • Produce advertising for product launches, promotions, and brand-building initiatives
    • Develop your craft alongside experienced advertising creatives
    • Partner with designers to develop integrated advertising concepts
    • Transform product features and benefits into compelling consumer messaging
    • Contribute to campaign ideas that can extend across multiple channels
    • Stay current with effective advertising approaches and evolving consumer behaviours
    • Deliver breakthrough creative while meeting client expectations and deadlines
What you need to be great in this role:

  • Produce original copy for brochures, leaflets, flyers, newsletters, websites and microsites, banners, social media, presentations, advertising, marketing and sales collateral
  • Brainstorm visual and copy ideas with other members of the team
  • Work closely with the team to deliver all copy to ensure consistency and accuracy across all messaging to the agreed briefs and established brand values
  • Follow and help build a tone of voice consistent to the client throughout all copy and proactively make recommendations for the direction of client projects
  • Undertake research and develop an understanding of the client’s target audience and competitor products
  • Form close relationships with the product team in order to source product information and unique selling points of products
  • Generate engaging, customer focused content to add value to the customer’s experience
  • Use briefs to create original on-brand copy across a variety of channels to a high standard, sticking to tight deadlines
  • Work with the design team to produce creatives that elevate the brand.


Experience & Skills:

    • At least 2+ years of advertising copywriting experience in agency environments
    • A portfolio showcasing your advertising copywriting across campaigns and formats
    • Creative thinking that balances conceptual ideas with persuasive messaging
    • A passion and aptitude for long copy
    • Proven ability to write in different brand voices for different target audiences
    • Experience creating advertising copy for campaigns, not just content marketing
    • A talent for developing compelling concepts that stand out in crowded markets
    • The ability to manage multiple briefs while maintaining creative excellence
    • An understanding of how copy and art direction/design work together in effective advertising
