Great new opportunity to work with this London Based and very busy mechanical Contractor who provide Mechanical installation services across the fit out sector including commercial, education, healthcare and industrial projects up to £6m.

In the role you will be expected to build a good working rapport with customer, consultants and key members of supply chain and ensure there is good open dialogue throughout the project. You will need to have experience in creating look aheads and planning all aspects of the project, identifying potential challenges and bringing imaginative and cost effective solutions in the initial contract programme including setting programme targets that are achievable.

You will be selecting the project sub-contractors and setting up the project managers during the pre-construction of the project including procurement planning and engineering.

Experience and Qualifications

Suitable qualifications and a proven track record of technical and financial success in this role is essential, together with a commitment to meeting targets for customer service and quality.

Necessary requirements are:

• Mechanical qualifications HNC or ONC or higher.
• Ability to get to London / Croydon where you will be based full time
• Experience managing project managers / multiple projects
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role

Remuneration

The successful applicants will enjoy a salary of £90,000 + car / car allowance + travel + bonus
