Technical Supervisor Liverpool Street, City of London £53,000 - £58,000We've got a unique opportunity for a Building Services Technical Supervisor to join our client's in house maintenance team, you'll be joining a well respectable, long standing business, receive a generous salary and package, including a pension scheme of up to 15%, private health care, yearly bonus and more!This is a static role, following a fixed schedule of 9am - 5pmAs a Technical Supervisor, you will oversee all engineering operations on site, oversee all logbooks and site documents, represent the client in a positive manner, set and performance standards and ensure all compliance is adhered to.To be successful in the Technical Supervisor role, you must be fully qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering, experience leading / managing teams of maintenance engineers, good knowledge of SFG20 regulations and have a client facing attitude.Technical Supervisor Duties:

• Ensure all compliance and statutory documentation is kept up to date at a professional standard
• Oversee and issue Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) and Permits
• Act as the primary contact for the on-site client, maintaining a healthy and professional relationship
• Oversee contractor activities and ensure all works are up to relevant regulations
• Maintain site records and use the CAFM system for job tracking and reporting.
• Oversee the daily engineering operations on site
• Provide technical support
• Oversee the team of maintenance engineers on site

Technical Supervisor Requirements:

• Fully qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent)
• Prior experience in a similar role, leading / supervising a team of maintenance engineers
• Great understanding of SFG20 Regulations
• Client facing attitude
• Great health and safety regulation knowledge
• IOSH / NEBOSH - Desirable
• Project management experience - Desirable

Salary and Package:

• £53,000 - £58,000 per annum
