What You'll Be Doing
Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day might look like:
- Be the friendly face (and voice) of the office—answer calls, greet visitors, and direct enquiries
- Package and ship orders like a pro
- Help customers with questions, check stock, and create quotes
- Process incoming orders using our system (SAP)
- Keep everything up to date in our internal tools like eVE
- Tackle admin tasks like ordering office supplies, helping with invoicing, and supporting the sales team
- Pitch in when other team members are off—because teamwork makes the
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- You're confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Great at staying organised—even when juggling multiple tasks
- You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and take pride in getting things right
- Friendly, positive, and always ready to help
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with SAP or advanced Excel
- Worked in a customer-facing or sales support role before
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths, Grade 5 or above
