I am looking for a mechanical supervisor on a residential / commercial project in Clapham, London. I am looking for candidates with experience of HVAC only, not other mechanical applications. They must be able to speak English in a clear and concise way, so as to communicate with sub contractors and stake holders on the project.
Works they will be supervising are as follows.
- BMS Install
- Sprinkler Install
- Plumbing Install
- Some AC works
- Ductwork Install
