Operations Assistant for LOVE CORN based in Shoreditch London, UK

Exciting opportunity to join LOVE CORN the fastest growing, emerging snack brand in UK & USA. As the Operations Assistant you will manage day to day operational needs of the UK company and will report to the Operations Director. The role is based in the London office.

Role & Responsibilities

• Order-to-Cash process:
• Customer service management:
• 3PL management:
• EDI management:
• Manage the Inventory system
• Sales admin:
• Sales data management & reporting
  
  

Requirements

• The candidate should be: excited to learn, have a positive can do attitude, and be confident
• Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a strong work ethic
• Outstanding attention to detail, be a great multi-tasker and show strong initiative
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills
• Have strong verbal and written communication
• Have experience in MS Office Suite
• Previous experience in an administrative role would be beneficial
