About the Role
As an ADHD Specialist Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support for students with ADHD.
• Collaborating with teachers to create inclusive lesson plans and strategies.
• Supporting students with focus, organization, and emotional regulation.
• Encouraging a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Monitoring student progress and reporting on achievements and areas for development.
