About the Role
As an Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 support and small group assistance to students with ASD across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to create and implement tailored learning plans.
• Use your expertise to support students in developing their social, communication, and academic skills.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring each student feels supported and empowered.
• Work closely with families to ensure a cohesive approach to the student’s development.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Experience working with students with ASD in a secondary school setting.
• A Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
