Cedar has partnered exclusively with a renowned luxury hotel group to recruit a commercially focused FP&A Analyst for a newly created, standalone role. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone ready to take ownership and build the FP&A function from the ground up, with support from an experienced and collaborative finance team.

You'll be the go-to person for all things FP&A, shaping processes, implementing reporting tools, and becoming a trusted partner to senior stakeholders. With direct exposure to board-level decision making, this is a highly visible role at the heart of a premium hospitality business with bold, strategic growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage sophisticated financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Deliver clear, insightful reporting and commentary to senior stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
  • Analyse financial performance and challenge assumptions to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the month-end forecasting process, producing accurate, timely financial outputs.
  • Partner with department heads and senior leaders to translate data into meaningful, actionable insight.
  • Contribute to commercial projects and help enhance financial processes, tools, and controls.

Candidate Profile

  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) - actively studying and progressing well.
  • At least 12 months of experience in FP&A or commercial finance (hospitality experience is advantageous).
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly.
  • Commercially minded, confident in challenging and supporting stakeholders at all levels.
  • Articulate, well-organised, and proactive - comfortable managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and wants to be a genuine business partner.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
