About the role of Quantity Surveyor

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Tier 1 Developer, assisting on RC Frame, traditional or new build residential projects You will be working as part of a commercial team with support from a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The developer are excited to welcome a hardworking Quantity Surveyor on board and provide them with their own personal career path.

Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:

• Manage the downstream process such as handling subcontractor packages
• Adhering to contractual requirements
• Monitor costs throughout the projects life-cycle to ensure it stays within budget
• Assist the team in managing risks and resolving disputes

Key Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:

• Minimum 3 years of experience at a Developer
• Live within commutable distance to London
• Degree in construction related subject is ideal but not essential
