Your Role as Graduate Head of YearThis is an exceptional opportunity to step directly into a leadership role. You’ll be responsible for the welfare, behaviour, and personal development of a year group, acting as their champion, guide, and role model throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading on attendance, behaviour, and pastoral support for a designated year group
  • Building trusting relationships with students, encouraging motivation and wellbeing
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, families, and safeguarding leads
  • Supporting and implementing school policies on conduct and learning
  • Engaging in leadership CPD and contributing to school-wide initiatives
  • Helping shape the culture and values of the year group
