The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Projects, Design & Construction - Europe to lead the successful delivery of our hotel refurbishment, conversion, and new build projects. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of project planning, design, and execution - ensuring alignment with brand standards, timelines, budgets, and sustainability goals.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Projects, Design & Construction - Europe to lead the successful delivery of our hotel refurbishment, conversion, and new build projects. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of project planning, design, and execution - ensuring alignment with brand standards, timelines, budgets, and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of hotel development and renovation projects across Europe
- Manage external design teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensure projects meet brand, design, and operational standards
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Operations, Brand, and Procurement teams
- Provide technical due diligence and design guidance during acquisition and feasibility stages
- Champion sustainable and innovative design solutions
- Ensure health & safety, building regulations, and local compliance across all locations
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management and construction within the hospitality or commercial real estate sector
- Strong track record delivering multi-site hotel projects across Europe
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex budgets
- Adept at working in fast-paced, international environments
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
