Role Overview
The Director of Internal Communications will lead the evolution and execution of internal communication across Savills to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive corporate culture, and ensure effective information dissemination across the organisation. You will be a motivated corporate communications professional with extensive experience leading B2B / professional services internal communications and employee engagement programmes. This role also includes ultimate ownership of the intranet product, 'Interact,' ensuring it serves as a central hub for communication, collaboration, and sharing engaging content across our global business.
Applicants must hold a Batchelors degree and have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in internal comms.
