Overview
The Ecommerce Production Assistant reports to the Ecommerce Production Manager and plays a pivotal role ensuring a seamless and innovative online shopping experience for our customers. As the backbone of our online presence, you will be responsible for managing our websites, ensuring brand consistency, launching new products, and keeping ahead of industry trends to propose forward-thinking ideas. Your efforts will directly influence our brand’s digital footprint, sales growth, and customer engagement, including optimising our online store across multiple territories, assisting with day-to-day operations, and contributing to the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Location: 3 days per week based at our North Acton Office.

What You Will Do
- Assist in the management and maintenance of each of Lounge’s online stores, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platform, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless user experience.
- Maintain the aesthetic and functional aspects of our websites, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Getting Products to sell/Product Discoverability of the online catalogue.
- Support the implementation of site enhancements, updates, and new features in collaboration with the engineering and UX/UI teams.
- Assist in monitoring and analysing website performance metrics, helping to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
- Use customer feedback to investigate, identify and fix issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various product launches, campaigns, and sales.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement, optimizing performance to enhance user satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Manage execution of all on-site SEO strategies
- Responsible for delivering consistent site standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute ideas and insights to help drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximise revenue.
- Experience managing complex e-Commerce and/or multichannel websites and projects, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to independently manage workflow and prioritise tasks to meet competing and changing deadlines, with a sound awareness of the teams’ requirements.
- Proficient commercial and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of Product Data Management Software.
- Experience with CMS and associated systems and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of project management practices, (e.g. Prince 2).
- Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
- Experience of stakeholder management across all levels of the business.
- Intermediate skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong people skills.
- Flexible in approach and strong on teamwork.
