The Role

Real Estate Staff Attorney - Up to £200,000 salary

The firm has a market-leading real estate practice, advising on complex, high-value transactions across the UK and internationally.

This role will focus on real estate law, with a strong emphasis on private equity real estate (PERE) transactions.

The successful candidate will work with institutional investors, private equity funds, and asset managers on acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and portfolio management. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage in high-profile work within a globally renowned firm.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, financings, and joint ventures
• Work on private equity real estate matters, including fund structuring, investment strategies, and asset management
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of real estate contracts, including lease agreements, purchase agreements, and financing documents
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, including institutional investors, private equity firms, and developers
• Ensure compliance with UK and international real estate regulations

Requirements:

• Real estate Solicitor, 3-8 years post qualification experience ideally from a top-tier law firm or in-house team
• Experience with private equity real estate transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and technical legal skills
• Ability to manage complex, high-value matters in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial acumen
