We are currently recruiting for a Resoucer 3 month FTC!

Role Purpose

The Resourcer will be fanatical about finding talent and closing roles by finding the perfect pairing of candidate and vacancy. This role will support the Talent & Acquisition Advisor, Senior HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner in the first line screening of all applications across both retail (specifically new store openings) and early careers roles within the Support Office making sure that all candidates are screened within a timely manner and that hiring managers will be able to source from the best talent in the market.

The role will also be required to proactively use LinkedIN to headhunt candidates providing pipelines of potential candidates and then to liaise at the initial stages with candidates if they are deemed to be possible acceptable candidates.

The role will support across all levels in retail from Beauty Advisor to management and early careers roles within the Support Office, however flexibility may be required to support across other roles e.g. at our Distribution Centre should the need arise.

This role reports into a Senior HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen all applications on our ATS in a timely manner ensuring that candidates that are to be progressed are dealt with swiftly
  • Pipeline talent ensuring that candidates are screened effectively and are progressed, regretted, or sent on for other roles as necessary
  • Manage flow of referrals and internal candidates into our ATS to create a seamless process
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders such as Store Managers and hiring managers to enable smooth recruitment communication
  • Through the work, aim to achieve our internal KPI’s
  • Support Recruitment Advisor and Talent & Acquisition Advisor with telephone screening, specifically for New Store Openings, but also with hard to fill roles, or where Store Managers specifically request for additional support
  • Ensure candidates communications on our ATS are given a timely response
  • Update internal recruitment tracker daily ensuring that the tracker captures relevant information for the roles that you are working on
  • Provide weekly updates as necessary on roles working on
  • Ensure all roles are advertised across relevant channels (internally and externally) ensuring that each advert is factually correct, attractive and legally complaint taking into consideration the relevant legislation e.g. Data Protection, GDPR, Equality and Diversity as well as our Brand Values
  • Where required, co-ordinate and support with interview days/assessment centres

Candidate Experience

  • Treat every candidate with respect
  • Ensure all candidates that attend interviews are kept engaged throughout process
  • Manage the candidate journey, liaising with applicants, answering questions, supporting interviews and providing competent feedback or supporting Line Managers to do so where relevant

Referral Scheme

  • Promote the internal referral scheme

Ideal Attributes

  • Recruitment experience ideally gained in a retail environment or from an agency partnering with retailers
  • Experience working with TeamTailor (ATS)
  • Experience working with the Recruiter tool/sending inmails on LinkedIN
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced, high demand environment
  • Ability to screen CV’s in a timely manner
  • Understanding of recruitment policies, procedures and best practice.
  • Good understanding of relevant employment and recruitment legislation
  • Proven organisational skills with attention to detail time management, problem solving and innovative thinking.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands
  • You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
