About The Team :

Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike, resulting in a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users.

As part of this, we're currently looking for an Operations Intern who will work closely with the TikTok LIVE UK team based in London. If the intern demonstrates strong performance, they may be considered for a full-time graduate role starting in 2026.

Responsibilities

• Data&analysis support for LIVE business.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of live-streaming users and content, ensure the supply of effects, drive regional updates and management of effects, promote and amplify effect features, and participate in developing operational strategies for the subscription feature.
• Accumulate best practices, amplify high-quality effects content through multiple channels, and enhance hosts’ understanding of the value of effects.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• Graduating in 2026 or later, currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher, with proficient English listening, writing, and communication skills.
• Able to start as soon as possible for internship lasting at least 3 months (6 months is preferred)
• Passionate about live streaming, with some understanding of live streaming content and formats.
• Possesses basic data analysis and logical thinking skills, with the ability to think independently.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications :

• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, excellent self-learning ability, diligence, and strong execution, along with good communication skills.
• Candidates who can start immediately, intern for more than four months, or work five days a week are preferred.
