Position Summary

The Manager of FP&A will provide financial insights to drive business strategy and optimize decision making across all business units at e.l.f. Beauty UK Limited.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and long-term planning processes
• Analyze and synthesize sales data to inform forward looking projections
• Work directly with all departments to support Sales planning process and manage related expense forecasts
• Conduct ROI analyses for new customer launches, merchandising programs, planogram resets and capital expenditures
• Develop and maintain KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  
  
  

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent from an undergraduate institution
• 5-7 years of financial analysis experience in Consumer Products or Retail
• Superior analytical and modeling skills, in-depth experience with financial statement analysis and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly-driven and self-motivated
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and collaborate across departments and levels
