Midweight Designer - #1686404

Tomorrow are delighted to be working alongside one of London's leading creative studios who are know for pushing boundaries and working with some of the worlds most iconic brands. They are looking for a new Midweight Designer to join their award winning team who is looking to expand their creative output and grow with in ambitious team of designers.

They would like to find a Midweight Designer who has standout experience across luxury, fashion and beauty with a highly crafted & considered portfolio. You will be focused on creative excellence, with knowledge and expertise in all phases of the design process. As well as this, you will have strong conceptual, creative and communication skills.

If you have worked for the likes Accept & Proceed, Mother Design, Koto, Pentagram or Design Studio this could be the role for you!

Salary: £35-42k

Hybrid working with 3 days in the studio

Key responsibilities for Midweight Designer:

• Work closely with Senior designers and the strategic lead to create compelling and inspiring creative possibilities.
• Input and inform the strategic approach, utilising cultural insight from within and outside of the category, inspiring senior members of the team.
• Be able to think holistically about the creative solutions, not just the visual outcome and have strong communicative skills in portraying this thought process to the rest of the team.
• Use experience and passion to demonstrate intelligent, thought-provoking and innovative creative solutions, establishing a strong conceptual and creative point of view.
