Technology Business Analyst - Permanent, Full-time position (37.5 hours)

Beeston, Nottingham: £42,227 - £44,449

Farringdon, London: £46,919 - £49,388

Hybrid Working: Minimum of 2 full days in the office each week

About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Technology Business Analyst to join our dynamic Technology Business Partner team at MTVH. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will leverage your deep understanding of business analysis to translate business challenges into actionable technology requirements.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Business analysis delivery experience within business and project scenarios.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • High level of direct and relatable business experience, or proof of ability to understand businesses in detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Self-starter with proven experience of working independently.
  • Related IT knowledge and use of packages to achieve analysis and presentation outcomes.
  • Previous experience of managing business change and/or specific work packages within large-scale projects.
  • Good working knowledge of all MS Office Products.
