Join Our Team as a Field Service Vending Engineer!

We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Engineer to join our growing team in London. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of vending machines at client sites across the city.

What You’ll Do:

• Attend customer sites to diagnose and repair vending machine faults
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines are fully operational
• Install and commission new machines as required
• Maintain accurate service records and customer reports
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience servicing vending machines or similar electro-mechanical equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Self-motivated with good time management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
