Well, then you might be our new Marketing Manager, Adults to join our fantastic Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) team!
Core Responsibilities
Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) exists to drive relevant relationships with our audiences, including Kids, Parents, Shoppers, Adults and Families. We engage with audiences directly and cultivate those relationships.
DCE Marketing Marketing & Orchestration connects with global audiences through inclusive and compelling marketing strategies, cemented in data driven insights, in order to promote growth and scale within our digital ecosystem. Acquiring new users, retaining existing users and reengaging lapsed users with our owned channels and communities, positively influencing brand affinity and growing consumer lifetime value. We work in partnership with our DCE colleagues, our markets & regions and the wider business to build our digital experiences, franchises and the LEGO brand.
This role drives the marketing agenda for Adult Audiences on our owned channels. You will lead the growth of the LEGO Ideas platform by developing and implementing annual marketing plans, as well as impactful campaign activations for both the LEGO Group's tentpole campaigns and DCE led initiatives.
As a subject matter authority, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the LEGO Ideas franchise marketing team, Data & Analytics, Content, and Product Leads. You will oversee owned, earned, and shared activations while enhancing user journeys to meet key performance indicators. An influential communicator, you will champion the DCE Marketing & Orchestration team's efforts through compelling storytelling, fostering collaboration to deliver impactful campaigns.

- Grow the audiences of assigned products through Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid marketing levers.
- Develop innovative and effective global marketing strategies that drive the strategic growth of DCE channels and communities.
- Develop global compelling campaign & communications assets with Creative Agencies, internal and third party.
- Ensure plans are adopted by Regional Marketing Managers in order to drive execution across markets.
- Develop ‘best in class’ owned channel campaign activations in partnership with the LEGO Group’s global franchise marketing teams.
- Develop and execute marketing activations and owned channel user journeys that deliver against key priorities such as Membership Sign up and engagement.
- Provide user insights and data to help marketing partners across the organisation engage their target audience against their marketing objectives.
- Drive performance with a results-first mindset, consistently tracking channel growth and marketing impact to stay on target — and adjusting course when needed.
