The Role -Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process, from start to

• Client acquisition & relationship building: Actively seek out new clients, pitch your services,and become their go-to partner for hiring needs. Youll network, cold-call, and build long-term relationships.
• Candidate sourcing & screening: Use a range of methods-database searches, networking,referrals, and direct approachesto find the best candidates. Assess resumes, conduct interviews, and match candidates to job requirements.
• Offer negotiation & placement: Be the bridge between clients and candidates, negotiatingoffers and addressing any concerns.
• Market research & insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitoractivities to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
