Quantity Surveyor – London

The Company

• This company are a leading and highly respected RC Frame/Groundworks specialist civils subcontractor.
• They have worked on some major projects across the London skyline and have a current turnover of £160m and take on schemes up to £50m.

The Role

This is a site based commercial role where you will be;

• Procuring and managing trade packages.
• Providing weekly commercial reports and updates.
• Conducting cash flow forecasting.
• Preparing monthly valuations and managing variations/Final Accounts.
• Attending weekly design and progress meetings
• Provide guidance on contractual claims and disputes when necessary.

The Requirements

• You must have a commercial degree – Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
• At least 5 years RC Frame experience
• Strong communication skills and highly motivated to continually develop career
