About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates seeking flexible, part-time, or full-time work to fit around other commitments. You'll be supporting children in a variety of educational settings, helping to create positive, nurturing, and inclusive environments.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting teachers in the classroom

• Assisting with small group activities and 1:1 support

• Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement

• Helping with day-to-day classroom organisation

• Providing general support across nurseries and primary schools

The Ideal Candidate:

• A recent graduate or final-year student

• Confident, proactive, and reliable

• Friendly and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in working with children

• Previous experience working with children (paid or voluntary) is desirable but not essential
