Excitingly, they are now looking to hire an APM, PM & SPM (yes, three vacancies) due to continuing to win new work - our client has an extensive book of contacts!

You will need to be passionate about your work, they want like-minded and driven people to help to continue to grow the consultancy.

The culture is key to their success and recently returned from a company skiing holiday to Val d'Isère!

The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you would be working on a range of London based projects both public and private, values range from £5M - £25M.

Current clients include two luxury residential developers, private equity firms and local authorities.

Job Location: Central London (Holborn)

Head Count: 5+

Predominate Sectors: Commercial Offices, Residential (both high-end & affordable), Healthcare & Leisure

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

• 4+ years’ experience working for a UK based construction / property consultancy

• Ambitious and driven individual

• Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)

• JCT Contract Administration
