We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services. Want to be a part of it?As the Quality Manager you'll be responsible for the managing quality across capital maintenance deliveries. The Quality Manager will make sure works are being complete to a high quality of work and is compliant to client standards.You'll Establish, review, maintain and improve the company quality management system, procedures and associated documents and ensure they are electronically filed and stored in a central database. As the Quality Manager your responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective actions on identified problems
  • Establish and implement the Inspection and test plan for key maintenance activities
  • Lead in continuous improvement initiatives, building and supporting the senior leadership teams continuous improvement capacity.
  • Identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards for all employees
  • Audit and ensure quality of third party contractors in line with Z-Tech frameworks.
