We are looking a Static Electrical Engineer to join a commercial contract for a major FM provider in London. This is a static position in London working on a Office Building.
Responsibilities for the Electrical Engineer
- Electrical and building maintenance works including
- PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems
- lighting/emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs and alarms.
- Additionally doing minor installation work and will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders providing them fault diagnostics where necessary.
Requirements for Electrical Engineer
- * 18th Edition * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
