Director of Safety Management | Superstruct Entertainment Salary: £120,000 - £140,000 + BenefitsLondon-based with regular international travel

Are you ready to lead safety on a global stage?

We're delighted to have been exclusively retained by Superstruct Entertainment, a global live entertainment platform behind some of the world's most iconic music festivals and events. From Europe to Australia, they bring together millions of fans through a diverse and dynamic portfolio. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a forward-thinking Director of Safety Management to lead the Group-wide health and safety strategy.

This is a rare opportunity to join at a senior level and shape the safety culture of a global business. Reporting to the Director of Operations and based at their London headquarters, you'll oversee and enhance health and safety systems across their entire international footprint. You'll lead on strategic development, compliance, and cultural transformation - embedding best-in-class safety practices that align with their ambitious goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the Group's health and safety strategy across all entities and locations.
  • Continually review and improve the management systems in line with global legislation and best practice.
  • Oversee compliance in key risk areas, including CDM, asbestos, legionella, RIDDOR, COSHH, and fire safety.
  • Build and maintain primary authority relationships in core markets.
  • Provide high-level guidance to the Board and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a training and development framework to raise standards and awareness across teams.
  • Drive incident investigation, accurate reporting, and follow-up.
  • Build a strong safety culture aligned to company values and lead the roadmap to ISO45001 accreditation.
  • Support the structure, development, and high performance of Health and Safety teams across the Group.

What we're looking for:

  • NEBOSH Diploma / BSc (or equivalent) and CMIOSH.
  • Significant senior-level experience, ideally within large-scale events, live entertainment or related transferable industry experience.
  • Expert knowledge of UK legislation and international compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to influence at every level, from boardroom to backstage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work flexibly.
