Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the paid search lead to develop and execute a comprehensive paid search strategy that resonates with target audiences and aligns with commercial goals.
- Manage the day-to-day running of paid search campaigns, focusing on planning, execution, and reporting.
- Monitor and analyze paid search performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to update and create new ad copy, ensuring legal and compliance approval.
- Work with the Experimentation team and Organic search lead to test the effectiveness of paid search, including ongoing incrementality testing.
- Prepare regular reports on paid search performance, keyword analysis, competitor analysis, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the paid search lead in delivering strategic initiatives.
- Previous experience in a paid search marketing role (exposure to investment or financial services is desirable).
- Experience with web and app analytical tools.
- Passion for exploring the latest search and digital trends.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in running end-to-end initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a test & learn approach, comfortable working with data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on effective documentation to support collaboration.
- Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
