If you do, our client is looking for 2 enthusiastic Legal Secretaries to join their vibrant team of fee earners in Twickenham!

About the Role:As a Legal Secretary in the Private Client sector, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage phone calls and coordinate meetings for clients and team members.
• Provide general assistance to partners and fee earners as needed.
• Accurately record messages and maintain meticulous documentation.
• Type letters, emails, and notes, demonstrating your excellent communication skills.
• Utilise the firm's dictation and software systems with ease.
• Handle client information with utmost confidentiality and care.
• Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, keeping precise records.
• Order office supplies and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Conduct research and distribute information as required by management.
• Maintain organised client files and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Private Client experience
• Basic Maths and Accountancy Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Excellent Client Relations and Attention to Detail
• Time Management and Computer Literacy
• Team Building and Office Equipment Knowledge
