L’oreal Luxe Omni Retail Education Exec - Fragrance
I am the Omni Retail Education Executive for my Fragrance brands. I am the face of the category for our retail team and the custodian of the brand DNA and category education strategy. I champion the Fragrance values to inspire and drive our teams to deliver a world-class consumer experience. I champion product, services and experiences, set a high standard, and foster a coaching culture where our team feels developed & nurtured. I deliver training and engagement programs with the Omni Retail Education Manager & MB training team for brand, luxe and retailer BA communities.

Key Responsibilities
BRAND EDUCATION
- Deliver the Omni Education trainings for the portfolio of brands & fragrance category, ensuring to meet the needs of our teams & engage all BA models & Channels of distribution (Luxe BAs, Mono Brand & Retailer BAs).
- Create modules & content for One Retail & Trainings (Brand & MB).
- Support Education & Field teams in training & coaching for their in-store teams (Luxe, Mono & Retailer BA).
- Attend, supports & participates in relevant divisional meetings/project groups. Create, as well as localise global education programs on all categories of the brands.
- Through regular store visits, bring to life brand education & coaching of BAs to elevate brand & consumer experience. Stay ahead of the latest trends in Education and self-development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and report on the improvement and impact on sales/service for stakeholder feedback.
- Collate feedback from key stakeholders & Area Managers on education needs of the brand & brand services
- Contribute to Services, CRM & Beauty Tech trainings and engagement, as well as meet the divisional objectives of the transversal retail KPI.
- Deliver the Fragrance service strategy across the relevant distribution channels and foster BA engagement with services and events (including Beauty Tech).
- Deliver the brand education strategy on time & in budget.
- Collaborate with the Head of Luxe Training to deliver on the multi-brand education calendar & key deliverables.
- Support delivering the BA conferences, Retail Drives & Retailer conferences (content etc).
- Drive a culture of coaching & development.
- Elevate the BA experience/journey and embed/launch key global and local initiatives.
- Ensure BA adoption and usage of One Retail.
- Champion cross-function collaboration and ways of working.
I AM:
- Field based with
- 1 x day at Head Office per fortnight
- 1 x day in either Self-Fridges or Harrods per fortnight
- Field time is a mix of store visits, classroom training, and content building
