We're looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Strategic Technology Delivery Team, playing a key role in delivering the ECB Onboarding Programme-one of the our clients most critical initiatives. This is your chance to work at the intersection of technology, regulation, and international business strategy.

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the successful execution of strategic, multi-million-pound projects across the EMEA region. You'll bridge business and technology, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence in complex, regulated environments.

Reporting directly to the ECB Onboarding IT Programme Manager, you'll work across departments, external vendors, and internal technology teams to ensure every deliverable meets compliance, quality, and timeline expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end delivery of key IT projects from planning through to implementation and handover to BAU.
• Align regulatory objectives, business goals, and technology capabilities within complex programmes.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions, time zones, and disciplines.
• Monitor risks, manage budgets, and report directly to senior stakeholders and C-level sponsors.
• Work closely with external vendors and outsourcing partners to ensure successful execution.

What You Bring

Experience & Knowledge:

• Strong backgorund in IT project management within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-regional projects with large investment budgets (£1M+).
• Background in software development, digital transformation, or IT infrastructure.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and business SMEs in matrix environments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or ITIL (preferred).
• Outstanding organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Fluent in English and able to operate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment.
