Poste et missions

Provide assistance in regard the UK Real Estate business in agreement with UK senior management and Natixis global Real Estate and Real Assets management.

Main responsibilities of the role:

• Research on information databases;
• Financial analysis (rating, risk,...);
• Financial modelling and simulations;
• Drafting of internal notes (credit committees, annual reviews, etc.) ;
• Use of internal profitability calculation tools
• Assisting with customer meetings ;
  
  

Profil et compétences requises

Business School or University with a degree in Finance. Working practice of marketing and origination. Commercial mortgage underwriting experience — an understanding of the risks related to commercial mortgage lending. Knowledge of UK real estate market and key players. In depth understanding of structured finance techniques and the application to real estate finance transactions. Knowledge and understanding of rating agency requirements and key rating agency personnel. Knowledge and understanding of capital markets. Strong communication skills both written and oral. Interpersonal skills and managerial aptitude. Team player and self motivated. Completely fluent in English (strong oral and written communications skills).
