Engineering Manager – Agent Tooling
We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Manager to lead, innovate, and scale our Salesforce Engineering function. This is a hands on leadership role, perfect for someone who can balance technical expertise with people leadership – mentoring a talented team while driving scalability, efficiency, and innovation across our Salesforce platform.

Where do you fit in?
As an Engineering Manager leading the Salesforce team, you’ll be at the forefront of optimising and managing our Salesforce and Zuora platforms. You’ll set the technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive high quality solutions at scale – all while keeping our platform secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
You’ll work closely with cross functional teams across Product, Sales, and Engineering to develop cutting edge solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and improve the customer experience. You will be instrumental in hiring and developing top engineering talent, building a high performing team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
Success in this role isn’t just about technical know-how – it’s about leading from the front, bringing new ideas, and having the confidence to challenge the status quo to get things done.

- Expertise in Salesforce Engineering – Strong experience with Apex, Flows, LWC, and integration.
- Ideally a background in Software Engineering.
- Leadership and mentorship – proven ability to build and grow high performing teams.
- Experience managing and scaling platforms – Salesforce and Zuora preferred.
- Strong problem solving mindset – You think big picture and know when to challenge the norm.
- Collaboration skills – You’re comfortable working with technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Security and compliance knowledge – You know your way around data security, permissions, and compliance best practice.
