Flexible workspace solutions provider require a Client Experience Assistant to join their team. Salary up to £27,000 with fantastic benefits including company bonus, 25 days holiday, raising to 28 days, your birthday off and an enhanced occupational healthcare package. Based in London, the Client Experience Assistant will assist the manager to achieve the end goal, retain clients, gain referrals, attract new clients and be outstanding in your area with an award-winning business. As a Client Experience Assistant, you are a confident and engaging individual, who prides themselves in providing exceptional experiences for all clients, guests, suppliers, visitors, colleagues, and Head office support teams. Your bubbly personality and intention to ‘make every working day matter’ is driven by creating a professional hub that reflects your success, and a place you can call home. Essential Duties:
- To meet and greet clients, guests, visitors, suppliers, and head office teams from the moment they arrive, with a warm welcoming smile
- Understand and demonstrate company values every day
- Effectively work as part of a team.
- Have a professional image in your personalised style as you dress for your day.
- Know and understand your clients’ requirements taking a proactive approach to deliver memorable experiences.
- Take ownership of everything you see, touch, hear and feel, ensuring it is of a high quality and standard.
- Resolve all client queries professionally and deal with client issues effectively, ensuring their needs.
- Maintain the security and cleanliness of the building environment, including co-working areas, meeting rooms, event areas, coffee bars, and all other facilities.
- Efficiently manage salesforce, ensuring all meeting rooms are booked and set up to the highest quality.
- Regularly monitor and order stock/items needed by raising purchase orders.
- Coordinate event planning with teams, caterers, and resolve any issues to ensure the event runs smoothly
- Identify and resolve complaints effectively to restore client confidence.
- Be responsible for all internal post, process all post and courier requests- local and international.
