With a focus on professionalism, precision, and strong contractor relationships, the business continues to expand through the successful delivery of major projects and a commitment to industry best practices.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of drylining works on site. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll ensure that site operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently—keeping works on programme, maintaining quality standards, and managing trades and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise drylining operatives and subcontractors on site
• Ensure works are carried out safely and to the required quality standards
• Monitor progress against programme and report updates to the Project Manager
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
• Implement and enforce health & safety procedures
• Carry out quality checks and snagging
• Maintain daily site records and reports
• Liaise with other site supervisors, main contractors, and site managers

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a site supervisory role within drylining or fit-out
• Strong knowledge of drylining methods, systems, and materials
• Ability to lead a team and manage subcontractors on site
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• CSCS Gold or Black Card required
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• First Aid certification
• Full UK Driving Licence

Salary & Package

• £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
