To meet growing demand in the market, they have introduced comprehensive bathroom fit-out and modular solutions, enhancing their service offerings and catering to modern construction needs with streamlined, high-quality finishes tailored to luxury standards.The Role:As the Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for the commercial management of high-end stonework installations on luxury residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure budgets are met, costs are controlled, and financial reports are delivered accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities:

• Managing project finances from initiation through to final account
• Preparing cost estimates and budgets, as well as procurement schedules
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and oversee financial aspects
• Managing contracts, negotiating terms, and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
• Providing detailed financial reports and updates to senior management
• Identifying and managing potential financial risks throughout project lifecycles

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within high-end residential or stonework projects.
• Strong understanding of high-spec construction processes and finishes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) preferred.
