The Role
We are currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Aldgate to provide dedicated support to one of our Directors, combining operations support as well as liaising with clients, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and someone that enjoys being the backbone of our high performing commercial team.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and inbox oversight
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain applicant tracking systems
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports—often related to construction recruitment roles (e.g., Commercial Managers, Quantity Surveyors).
- Post job listings, review CVs, and liaise with candidates and clients professionally.
- Maintain accurate records, update recruitment pipelines, and follow up on action items.
- Conduct market research to support recruitment campaigns and business development
- Handle confidential information with discretion
