We are seeking a Health & Protection Consultant to join the team in our London office.
As a Health & Protection Consultant you will develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Health & Protection Consultant you will develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.

We will count on you to:
- Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and to expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate
- Manage and develop strong client relationships and win new business.
- Work pro-actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans
- Identify business opportunities from client portfolio and your own network
- Provide a service compliant with all procedures and Mercer Code of Professional Conduct and the FCA
- Work with support team assigned to ensure the delivery of services to each client in line with Mercer standards
- Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation skills)
- Previous Health & Protection related experience
- Proven consulting and relationship management skills
- Good technical, product and process knowledge
- Good inter-personal, communication and time management skills
- In depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge is essential
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
