We aim to provide a valuable recruitment process, allowing you to gain exposure to some key decision makers and influencing individuals:
- To support the Global Communications team with all administrative, logistical and physical tasks.
- To ensure samples are managed in accordance with business needs.
- Responsible for all central PR stock and sample movement
- Arrangement of domestic and international couriers to facilitate deliveries for editorial send-outs, publication / stylist liaison
- Assistance with VIP and Community fittings, retail liaison and logistics.
- Coordinate product gifting activity for season collection activations
- Monitor UK, US and Europe and Middle East coverage and collate the weekly/monthly reports sharing with Global Comms Assistant for review.
- Ongoing Maintenance of media and VIP database.
- Monitor and manage all duplicate press samples, for La Chambre and regional market team, coordinating deliveries to ensure prompt arrival.
- Maintain the library of imagery and seasonal collection information
- Manage stock on return of all PR/ VIP activity.
- Ensure HQ press samples are stored neatly and effectively organized for efficiency
- Events assistance, setup, breakdown, and post-event reporting for dunhill events such as: Frieze Masters, Seasonal Shows, BAFTA events, Alfred Dunhill Padel Classic
