Required Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on IT solutions and services for clients from banking, financial or insurance sector.
  • Strong business acumen – you identify opportunities where others don’t and can effectively persuade clients of the benefits of working with you and our company.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills..
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Results-driven mindset – you are passionate about business and embrace both the challenges and successes that come with it.
  • A strong sense of accountability, with the ability to follow through and motivate those around you.
  • Exceptional presentation and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English.

This is your role

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target markets.
  • Sell our comprehensive IT service solutions and products to clients in Great Britain.
  • Establish and nurture new business relationships.
  • Drive business development by building strong relationships with key clients and identifying new opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to make informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, with strong delivery support.
  • Work closely with technical specialists to create tailored proposals for customers, present them effectively, and oversee their implementation from a commercial perspective.
  • Travel is an integral part of the role.
