Regulatory Analyst (open to graduates) - #1696594

Position Overview

This position will report directly to the Head of the London Middle Office, with a primary focus on European regulations. We are looking for a data-driven, diligent, and astute individual who is eager to learn about derivative reporting and the regulatory reporting landscape. No prior regulatory experience is required, but data analytical skills are preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for regulatory oversight and reconciliation.
• Handle regulatory inquiries, both internal and external.
• Provide a range of internal metrics and reports.
• Collaborate with teams to automate existing tasks.
• Work with global middle offices to manage the downstream effects of trading actions on reporting.
• Participate in new regulatory reporting integration projects.
  
  

Key Requirements / Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in financial modeling or risk analysis.
• Basic understanding of regulatory reporting systems and processes.
• Fast learner with a passion for excellence.
• Strong team player with collaborative skills.
• Effective prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail with risk mitigation skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics; knowledge of Python, Power Query, and SQL is preferred.
