About The Position
- Bring the brand to life
- New venue
- Ensure a positive working environment
- Create a strategy to increase revenue
- Train, develop and inspire the team
- Ensure KPIs are met
- Manage the P and L, costs and payroll
- Previous experience in luxury lifestyle hotel preferable
- Be able to inspire and motivate the team
- Boutique hotel experience
- F and B experience
- Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
- Have a passion for hospitality
- Strong commercial acumen
